Cornwall Lawn Turf - Terms & Conditions

Cornwall Lawn Turf is a trading name of South Devon Turf.
Full payment for all goods must be received before harvesting and delivery by BACS, Credit or debit card.
South Devon Turf reserve the right to refuse orders or cancel orders from any customer for any reason without prior notice.
Delivery is strictly to the kerbside.
Delivery will be made by a distribution company with a large curtain sided lorry unless otherwise specified.
Turf will be unloaded by a tail lift and pallet dolley. The pallet can only be unloaded on to a firm and even surface such as tarmac or concrete.
It is the customers responsibility to ensure their access is suitable for the delivery vehicle.
Any customer or a person acting on behalf of a customer that requests that a delivery vehicle should leave the public highway to make delivery shall be responsible for any damage caused to their property or any 3rd party property.
Deliveries are made beteen 9am and 6pm. Delivery times may be given as a guide but South Devon Turf will not be liable for costs incurred from late deliveries.
If you are in any doubt about your access for delivery, we can offer a full refund for cancelations made before 12pm on the day before your delivery. Due to the turf being cut to order, cancelations made after 12pm on the day before delivery will still be charged for.
Customers must check all goods are satisfactory on delivery and before the delivery driver leaves.
Any complaint must be made within 24hrs by email to sales@southdevonturf.co.uk
If the customer is not satisfied with the goods after the delivery driver has left, it will be the customers responibility to return the products to the nearest depot.

Please note: While we have had to create these terms and conditions to protect ourselves against rogue consumers, we make every effort to ensure that all of our customers are completely satisfied with our products and our service. As a local company, your ongoing custom is very important to us.
